Biography
My Work
My work is both abstract and illustrative—and I often let the two merge. I am fascinated by the act of looking closely, sensing subtleties, and making visible the connections that are easily overlooked in everyday life.
I find inspiration in observation and sensation—in small details just as much as in interpersonal moments. It is as if I am viewing the world through a magnifying glass: looking not only at what is visible but also at what lies beneath—moods, tensions, and quiet emotions. This intense engagement with forms, structures, and the spaces between them is reflected particularly in my abstract works.
Through my illustrations, I aim to tell the story of the world differently—to reimagine it and open up new perspectives. In both mediums, my goal is to evoke emotions and reveal new ways of seeing.
In addition to drawing and painting, I incorporate various printmaking techniques into my artistic expression. Object-based work has also become part of my practice.
Artistic Practice / CV
Alongside my independent artistic work, I also facilitate creative experiences for others—whether through collaborative creation, exploring materials, or guided creative processes. In this context, the artistic experience takes center stage: serving as a means to foster self-expression, enhance self-awareness, or shift perspectives.
I continuously work on independent pieces and thematically focused series where illustration, abstraction, and mixed media converge.
Artistic Training
My artistic development has been largely self-taught—shaped by intensive personal practice, ongoing exploration of materials and techniques, and the study of other artists' works. To further deepen my professional expertise, I attended several seminars at the Faber-Castell Academy to enhance my knowledge and techniques.
